A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF INTERNATIONAL
HARVESTER COMPANY FOR A 2-TON TRUCK FOR $3,040.18
AND AUTHORIZING THE TREASURER TO ISSUE A CHECK IN
PAYMENT UPON THE DELIVERY OF THE TRUCK.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen has heretofore advertised for
bids for a two-ton truck in accordance with plans and specifications
approved by the Board of Aldermen; and
WHEREAS, said bids have been received; and
WHEREAS, the bid of International Harvester Company in amount
of $3,040.18 was the low bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the bid of International Harvester in amount of
$3,040.18 for the two-ton truck be and the same is hereby accepted
and the Treasurer be and she is hereby authorized and directed to
issue check in payment of said truck upon delivery of .
