RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMAN
OF THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS
CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE QUES-
TION OF THE ADOPTION OF THE BUDGET
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1959.
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the Town of Richland Hills, Texas has hereto-
fore filed with the Town Clerk a proposed budget for the Town for the
year 1959;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS:
1. That a Public Hearing be held in the Town of Richland Hills, Texas
on the 21st day of November, 1958 at the Town Hall at 3201 Diana Drive for
the purpose of discussing and adopting the budget for the year 1959.
2. That any taxpayer shall have the right to be present and participate
in such hearing.
3. That the Town Secretary and the Mayor shall cause to be published
in the Official town paper a Notice advising the public that the said
hearing will be held, for two successive weeks.
4. The Mayor is authorized and directed to have a copy of said notice
posted at the Town Hall and at two other public places within the said
Town not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of public hearing.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /'1 day of October, 1958.
