RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
TREASURER TO PAY TO PETER PIRSCH AND SONS,
COMPANY, $10,528.00 FOR THE 750 GALLON PER
MINUTE WATER PUMPER INSTALLED ON THE TOWN'S
INTERNATIONAL TRUCK AND ALL ATTACHMENTS
THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the Town of Richland Hills, Texas has heretofore,
in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, entered into
a contract with Peter Pirsch & Sons Company for the purchase
of a 750 gallon per minute pumper for the sum of $10,528.00; and
WHEREAS, the said Peter Pirsch & Sons Companyhas
delivered the said pumper;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1 . The Treasurer be and she is hereby directed to
issue the Town 's check to Peter Pirsch & Sons Company in the
amount of $10,528.00 in payment of the 750 gallon per minute
pumper, upon the acceptance of the behicle by the Fire Department .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of October,A.D. 1958.
