A RESOLUTION COMMENDING JAY HUMPHREYS FOR
HIS SERVICES AS AN OFFICER AND EMPLOYEE
OF THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, Jay Humphreys has, for several years, served as Assistant
Water Superintendent and Assistant Plumbing Inspector for the Town of
Richland Hills, Texas; and
•
WHEREAS, such services have been performed in a most superior
manner; and
WHEREAS, the said Jay Humphreys has resigned his positions in order
to accept higher positions elsewhere;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN
OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS; THAT:
Section 1. That the resignation of Jay Humphreys as Assistant Water Sup-
erintendent and Assistant Plumbing Inspector, be and it is hereby regret-
fully accepted.
Section 2. That the said Jay Humphreys be and he is hereby commended for
the most excellent service that he has performed for and on behalf of the
Town, for his extreme loyalty, for his most excellent cooperation with
the Board of Aldermen and the other employees of the Town and for his
many courtesies to the citizens of the Town.
Section 3. That the Good Wishes of the Board of Aldermen and the citizens
of the Town of Richland Hills be, and they are hereby, extended to the
said Jay Humphreys in his new endeavor.
Section 4. That the City Secretary be and she is hereby directed to
appropriately advise the said Jay Humphreys of this Resolution.
Section 5. That this Resolution be and it is,hereby unanimously adopted
and approved by all the members of the Board of Aldermen.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of December, 1958.
