AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S LICENSE
TO BOBALDEN LLC, INC. FOR THE 2003-2004 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2003-2004 License Term by Alan Felauer, trading as
BOBALDEN, LLC
WHEREAS, the qualifications of the applicants have been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department and said department recommends that a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2003-2004 License Term be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND 1T IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue BOBALDEN, LLC a Taxicab Owner's
License for the 2003-2004 License Term.
Adopted this 16th day of January, 2003
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 17, 2003.
