A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN ACCOUNT AND MAKING •
THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS
THE DEPOSITORY FOR TOWN FUNDS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. An account shall be established in the, name of the Town of Rich-
land Hills with the First National Bank of Fort ;Worth, Texas.

Section 2. That the account or accounts may be specially designated as the
Town Treasurer may desire all under the rules and regulations as prescribed
by said Bank from time to time, wherein may be deposited anyof the funds
of the Town, whether represented by cash, checks, notes, or other evidence
of debt and from which withdrawals are hereby authorized in the name of the
Town of Richland Hills, Texas by Virginia Howard, Treasurer and any one of
the following:
Paul C. Daniels
Frederick Schroder
J. M. Greenough
Endorsements for deposit may be by the written or stamped endorsement of
the Town without designation of the party making the endorsement; and the
Town hereby guarantees all prior endorsements on all checks, drafts or
P) other similar instruments that may be deposited by it with said bank.
�F '� Section 3. The authority herein conferred upon the officers, agents and employees
herein named shall not be revoked or changed, insofar as may concern said bank,
unless written notice of such revocation or change signed by the Mayor and Sec-
retary of the Town shall have been delivered to the said bank by delivering the
same to its President or nne of its Vice Presidents or its Cashier at its bank-
ing office.
