Dear City Council,
The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee met on November 28, 2012 to review the concession
permit application submitted by Peggy and Chuck Whitescarver of Cheap Thrills Rentals. Due to the
long-standing and exemplary relationship the City has had with Cheap Thrills Rentals, the Parks and
Recreation Advisory Committee voted unanimously to approve the application.
