AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER'S
LICENSE FOR THE 2003-2004 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for the 2003-2004 License Term by the following:
ROBERT CELLI
ALAN H~ FELAUER
ZOLTAN A. KEREKES
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver's License be
granted to ALAN H. FELAUER and ZOLTAN A. KEREKES for the 2003-
2004 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2003-
2004 License Term to ALAN H. FELAUER and ZOLTAN A. KEREKES.
Adopted this 16th day of January, 2003,
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January, 17, 2003.
