RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TIlE ISSUANCE OF AMUSEMENT
GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE FOR YEAR 2003
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret for an AMUSEMENT GAN[ES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE for the
Year 2003 the following:
1. ABSOLUTE VENDING 2. VANESS VENDING, INC.
(VEND-O-MATIK, INC.) 635 Chancellor Ave.
127 Henry Street Irvington, NJ 07111
Somerset, NJ 08873
WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the Carteret Police
Department in compliance with the Borough Ordinance Regulating and Licensing
Amusement Games and said Police Department recommends that a License for
the current year be issued to the applicant(s) listed above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and
is hereby authorized and directed to issue an AMUSEMENT GAMES
DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE for the Year 2003 to the applicant (s) hereby
approved, upon receipt of the proper fee.
