RESOLUTION NO. 1 -2014
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF THE RICHMOND SANITARY
DISTRICT TO EXECUTE THE RE- APPRAISAL UPDATE INFORMATION FORMS
WHEREAS, Contract Number 17 -2014 is a contract between the City of Richmond (by and
through both its Board of Public Works and Safety and its Board of Sanitary
Commissioners) and Buckland & Associates of Noblesville, Indiana, for professional
appraisal and re- appraisal services of the buildings and structures owned by both the
City and Sanitary District; and
WHEREAS, Attached to said Contract are Re- Appraisal Update Information Forms that must be
completed for both groups of properties owned by the City of Richmond and by the
Richmond Sanitary District; and
WHEREAS, It is in the best interest of the Richmond Sanitary District that the Director of the
Richmond Sanitary District be authorized to complete and execute the Re- Appraisal
Update Information form in connection with the group of properties owned by the
Richmond Sanitary District and return said form to Buckland & Associates.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Sanitary District of
the City of Richmond, Indiana, that said Board hereby authorizes William Harris as the Director of
the Richmond Sanitary District to execute the Re- Appraisal Update Information form (as referenced
in and attached to Contract No. 17 -2014) in connection with the group of properties owned by the
Richmond Sanitary District and return said form to Buckland & Associates.
Passed and adopted this �_ day of `etaV u-a-r , 2014, by the Board of Commissioners
of the Sanitary District the City of Richmond, Indiana.
