AUTHORIZING AblENDMENT TO THE 2003 TEMPORARY
BUDGET
JHEREAS, The Revised Statutes of New Jersey 40A:4-20 provides
!er the adoption of emergency temporary appropriations in
~ddition to temporary appropriations necessary for the period
between the beginning of the current fiscal year and the date
~of the adoption of the Local Budget for the Year 2003;
IOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
md Council ef the Borough of Carteret, that the following
tmendments te the temporary appropriations be made in the
~meunts and for the purposes herein set forth for the period
}etween January 1st, 2003 and the adoption ef the Local
~udget for the Borough ef Carteret, County of Middlesex and
~tate ef New Jersey for the fiscal Year 2003:
