APPOINTING BROKER OF RECORD - HEALTH INSURANCE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
Grinspec Consulting, New Providence, NJ is hereby designated the Borough's
group insurance broker-of-record for Medical, Dental and Prescription insurance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Grinspcc Consulting is authorized to act on
behalf of the Borough in all matters related to these programs. Grinspec
Consulting's responsibilities will include but are not limited to negotiating
annual renewal rates, marketing our group insurance programs, and aiding our
staff' in the resolution of billing, enrollment, and claim problems.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Grinspec Consulting is authorized to
receive commission payments from thc respective insurance carriers as its sole
and exclusive compensation for its services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED this designation rescinds any prior broker-of-
record designation and will remain in force and effect at the pleasure of the
Borough of Carteret.
