AUTHORIZING PROFESIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH T&M
ASSOCIATES-ARTHUR KILL WATERFRONT RECREATION
FACILITY, PHASE II
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in need of Professional Engineering
Services in connection with thc Arthur Kill Waterfront Recreation
Facility/Watcrfront Park, Phase II Project; mad
WHEREAS, TAM Associates has submitted a proposal to provide said
Professional Engineering Serviccs for concept planning, survey, mapping,
engineering, bidding and permitting for the above referenccd project for a total
fee not to exceed $65,700.00.
WHEREAS, the Borough's Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are or
will be available for said contract.
NOV~;, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of thc
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlcscx, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the attached proposal from TAM Associates for Professional
Engineering Services relatcd to thc Arthur Kill Waterfront Park, Phasc 11
Project is hererby approvcd in the amount of, not to exceed, $65,700.00.
2. That this award is made without compctitivc bids as an award of
Professional Scrviccs Contract.
Adopted this 16th day of January, 2003
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 17, 2003.
