HILLSBOROUGH TOWN BOARD
March 14, 2005 7:30 PM, Town Barn The Hillsborough Town Board held a Closed Session on March 14, 2005 at 7:30 PM in the Hillsborough Town Barn. Present for the Closed Session were Mayor Joe Phelps, and Commissioners Eric Hallman, Frances Dancy, Michael Gering, Brian Lowen, and Evelyn Lloyd. Staff present were Town Manager Eric Peterson, Assistant Town Manager/Public Works Director Demetric Potts, Town Clerk Donna Armbrister, Planning Director Margaret Hauth, Finance Director Greg Siler, and Town Attorney Bob Hornik. Mayor Joe Phelps opened the Closed Session. 10.CLOSED SESSIONA.Closed Session as authorized by North Carolina General Statute Section 143-318.11(3)to meet with Town Attorney regarding Code Enforcement LitigationB.Closed Session as authorized by North Carolina General Statute Section 143-318.11(3)to meet with Town Attorney regarding the Colonial Inn Litigation Proceedings StatusReportHornik reported on the Colonial Inn Litigation Proceedings. At the Board's request, he calculated for the past 12 months (February-February) approximately $ 9,400.00 has been accumulated in legal fees on this issue.
