AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC),
SCHEDULE (S), (LOADING ZONES), SUBPARAGRAPH (B) PASSENGER OR
SPECIAL LOADING ZONES, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, PERTAINING TO A PORTION OF MARSHALL STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule S, (Loading
Zones), Subparagraph (b), (Passenger or Special Loading Zones), of the Code of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of a portion of Marshall
Street, as follows:
Marshall Street: A fifteen (151 minute parking limit for the purposes of discharging or picking tip
children attending the Capital Early Learning Center located at 609 Marshall Street between the
hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, said area Mini on the east side of the 600 block of Marshall Street,
south and within 135 feet of the south curb line of Elm Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from a d after the date
of its passage and approval.
