Meeli,v Page 1 of2 Minutes Approved: March 14, 2005 CLOSED SESSION MINUTES HILLSBOROUGH TOWN BOARD February 14, 2005 7:30 PM, Town Barn The Hillsborough Town Board held a Closed Session on February 14, 2005 in the Hillsborough Town Barn. Present for the Closed Session were Mayor Joe Phelps, and Commissioners Eric Hallman, Michael Gering, Brian Lowen, and Evelyn Lloyd. Absent was Commissioner Frances Dancy. Town Attorney Bob Hornik reported that there is a hearing in the Colonial Inn case scheduled for Thursday and the property owner is voluntarily dismissing his counter claims against the Town. 10:49:47 PM Upon a motion by Commissioner Lowen, seconded by Commissioner Lloyd, the Board moved to return to Open Session by a vote of 4-0.
