Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair Priscilla Arens - Clerk All members present. Two applications for police o-ficer were received - Bill Michel, St. Bonifacius; 13 months part time police in Min_netrista, first aid training, 24 years old, 5 feet, 113- inches tall and 195 pounds, weight. Telephone 259-1410, and Andrew Meeks, 21 years old - four years in NaVy, had taken General Education Development while in Service, letter of recommendation from Reeds, Inc. Notice read changing the date of the West Hennepin Joint Planning Council to Wednesday, March 19th at 8 P. M. at Spring Park Village Hall. Report from the District Court with regard to the Jsck Lehtinen case. The part of the building which was the drnce hall must be cleaned u_ by May 13, 1969. Talked with Leo Leuer with regard to terms, etc. with regard to his empl.oynent as road supervisor. Moved by Rayburn Anderson that the rates for 1969 be reset to the following: $2.50 an hour for helpers; $2.75 per hour for wingman; 43.25 per hour for truck driver and experienced help; $2.50 per hour for tractor; "1.50 per hour for mower and 500 per hour for drag. - Seconded by Harold Winterhalter Motion carried. Moved by Raymond Bosch that we set vacation schedule for road supervisor as follows: one week after one year; two weeks after three years, and three weeks after ten years and a week defined as five working days. Seconded by Arthur Theis Motion carried. Moved by Arthur Theis to pay Leo Leuer $50.00 a month for rental of garage, to include use of tools and building. Seconded by Harold Winterhalter Motion carried. Copy of letter Mills wrote to Barharossa and Sons, extending water main read. Moved by Raymond Bosch that we advertise for a full time police patrolman for the Ville 7e of Medina. vSeconded by Rayburn Anderson Motion carried. Moved by Rayburn Anderson that the meeting adjourn.
