AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 74.99 OF THE RICHMOND CITY
CODE AS IT APPLIES TO PENALTIES FOR CERTAIN ORDINANCE
VIOLATIONS AND ESTABLISHING A LATE FEE FOR SAI➢ PENALTIES.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City
of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana that:
Section 74.99 of the Richmond City Code be amended as follows.
A. Failure to comply with this order within fourteen (14) days (336)
hours shall result in a late fee of $ 10.00 being added to said fine.
Failure to respond to this order within thirty (30) days shall result
in the issuance of a sum mons for your appearance in Court.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and affect from and after its passage
by the C o m m on C ouncil and approval by the M ayor and proper advertise m ent
as required by the Jaws of the State of Indiana.
Passed and adopted by the C o m m on Council of the Richmond, Indiana this

Notice is hereby given that the Canon Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne
County, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on the 18th day of March, 1985 at
7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the RicIrnond Municipal Building on Ordinance
No. 14-1985 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 74.99 OF THE RICHMCND CITY CODE
AS IT APPLIES TO PENALTIES FOR CERTAIN ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS AND ESTABLISHING
A LATE FEE FOR SAID PENALTIES.
All parties interested in or affected by this Ordinance are invited to attend
this public hearing to speak in favor of or in opposition to said Ordinance.
