July 8, 2004

Minutes Approved: September 13, 2004 Mayor Phelps asked Hornik for updates on the other lawsuits. He said there was still no word in the Kenion Grove case which had been heard by Judge Jolly. He added that he has not called to inquire about a ruling. On the Colonial Inn, Hornik reported that an extension had been granted for 30 days. He said the first extension is automatic and grantable by the clerk. He said his last communication with the attorney for Mr. Henry was just before the extension when he reported some work had been done around the property. Planning Director Margaret Hauth said that the shrubbery had been trimmed and other minor work that staffdocumented with photographs. Hornik reported that the Robins hearing was scheduled for late August Upon a motion by Commissioner Dancy, seconded by Commissioner Gering, the Board moved to return to Open Session by a vote of 5-0.
