AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE AITHIN THE OFF STREET PARKING
FUND
WHLRRAS, it has been determined that it as now necessary to appropriate more
money than was appropriated in the annual budget:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated.

SECTI0N 2. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation, the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set
apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein
specified, subject to the laws governing the same.

The Clerk presented proof of publication, of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the
Richmond Palladium Ttem, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Richmond,
Indiana on the date of March 22, 1985 Said notice stated that a public
hearing would be held on the 1st day of April , 19 85, by the
Common Council to consider additional appropriations as provided for in ordinance No.
23-1985 , within the City of Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication was
examined and found to be in order. Councilperson Harris moved the
proof of publication be received anf filed, seconded by Councilperson Elstro
and.on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the City of Richmond, Wayne County,
Indiana, that the proper legal officers of said Municipal Corporation at
their regular meeting place at 7:30 o'clock P.M., on .the 1st day of

hearing within fifteen days at the County Auditor's Office of said County,
or at such other place as may be designated. Al. :uch hcarinq taxpayers
objecting to any of such additional appropriat€i;ns may be he<<rd. Interested
taxpayers may inquire of the County Auditor when and where such hearing
will be held.
