AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE WITHIN THE PARK FUND
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more
money than was appropriated in the annual. budget:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA,
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated.

SECTION 2. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation, the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set
apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein
specified, subject to the laws governing the same.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INUTANA
The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the
Council Chambers in the Muncipal Building of said City on AprilTl, 1985 ,
at the hour of 7:30 P.M.
Councilperson Williams presided with the following members present:

Absent: Ha insan , Whitesell
The following business was had, to -wit:

The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the
Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Richmond,
Indiana on the date of March 22 1985 Said notice stated that a public
hearing would be held on the 1st djay of ril 19 8"5, by the

Common Council to consider additional appropriations as provided for in Ordinance No.
24-1985 within the City of Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication was
examined and found to be in order. Councilperson Parker waved the
proof of publication be received anf filed, seconded by Councilperson Wdiker
and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.

President Williams announced Ordinance No. 24-1985 was on public hearing.
After hearing all persons present, Ordinance No. 24-1985 was placed on final

PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS
Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the City of Richmond, Wayne County,
Indiana, that the proper legal officers of said Municipal Corporation at
their regular meeting place at 7.30 o'clock P.M., on the Ist day of

Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have a right to be heard thereon.
The additional appropriations as finally made will be referred to the State
Board of Tax Commissioners, which Board, upon receipt, will hold a further
hearing within fifteen days at the County Auditor's Office of said County,
or at such other place as may be designated. At such hearing taxpayers
objecting to any of such additional appropriation% may be Beard. Interested
taxpayers may inquire of the County Auditor when and where such hearing
will be held.
