AN ORDINANCE CORRECTING A TECHNICAL ERROR IN AMENDED ORDINANCE
N O. 1-1984.
WHEREAS, amended Ordinance. 1-1984 contained an error in paragraph 5(c) of
Section 2 Executive Branch, which read:
c. Economic Development Co mission pursuant to T. C.
36-7-12--4.5.
WHEREAS, such error was merely technical and does not affect the validity of
amended Ordinance No. 1- 1984, but should nevertheless be corrected.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Com mon Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that:
Paragraph 5(c) of Section 2 Executive Branch of amended Ordinance
No. 1- 1984 be corrected to read as follows:
c. Economic Development Commission pursuant to LC. 36-7-12-4
and I.C. 36-7- 12-5.
