AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE ANNUAL SALARIES OF ALL ELECTED OWICERg OF THE CITY
OF RICHM M, INDIANA.
WHM1EAR, I.C. 36-4-7-1 et. seq. provides for the fixing of annual compensation
of elected City Officers.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMONID,
WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1986 and ending
December 31, 1986, the following elected officers of the City of
Richmond, Indiana shall receive the following compensation;
including compensation received from Richmond Power & Light.

SUBJECT: Salary Ordinance No. 46-1985 for Elected Officials
Ordinance No. 46-1985 sets forth the proposed 1986 salaries reflecting
a 3% increase over the 1985 levels. The 3% is a proposal to be evaluated against
anticipated 1986 revenues.
Pursuant to I.C. 5-3-1, Elected Officials salaries have to be advertised
thirty (30) days before adoption. Therefore, this ordinance will be held on
first reading until July 1, 1985 when it will be on public hearing along with
the regular salary ordinance.
We will be advertising the proposed salaries, any reductions can be made
by amendment on July 1, 1985.

ELECTED ED OMCERS PROPOSED SALARIES
Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana,
that the Common Council of said Municipal Corporation at their regular meeting place
at 7:30 O'Clock P.M. on the lst day of July, 1985, will consider the fixing of
annual compensations of elected City Officers under I.C. 36-4-7-1 Et. Seq., for
the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1986 and ending December 31, 1986, as follows:
