HomeMy Public PortalAbout056-1985-AMENDING THE SALARIES WAGES AND POSITIONS OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE SANITARY DISTRICTORDINANCE NO. 56-1985 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SALARIES, WAGES, AND POSITIONS FOR APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE RICHMOND SANITARY DISTRICT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1,1985 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,1985 AS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SANITARY COMMISSIONERS. WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4-1985 was adopted by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners on May 28, 1985 amending Resolution No.13-1984; and WHEREAS, it has now been determined by the Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary District that an increase in the personnel at the William Edwin Ross Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Solid Waste Department is now necessary; and WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Richmond desires to ratify Resolution No. 4-1985 and incorporate Resolution No. 4-1985 into Ordinance No. 79-1984; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana that: SECTION I. Resolution No. 4-1985 adopted by the Board of Commissioners for the Richmond Sanitary District on May 28, 1985, is hereby adopted by reference, ratified, and incorporated into this ordinance as supplementing the salary ordinance for the Richmond Sanitary District being Ordinance No. 79-1984. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Sanitary District of Richmond, Indiana, that Resolution No. 13-1984 for the calendar year of 1985, beginning January 1, 1985, and ending December 31, 1985, shall be amended as follows: DELETE: 1) Wm.
