Home My Public Portal About002-1984 - ORDINANCE AMENDING IN ITE ENTIRETY ORDINANCE 34-1983 AND APPROVING THE ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION TO CERTAIN APPOINTED OFFICERS OF THE CITYAMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 2-1984 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN ITS ENTIRETY ORDINANCE NO. 34-1983 (AN ORDINANCE FIXING SALARIES AND POSITIONS FOR APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1984 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1984) AND APPROVING THE ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION TO CERTAIN APPOINTED OFFICIALS OF THE CITY, OTHER THAN GOVERNMENTAL, WHO PERFORM SERVICES FOR THE CITY, WHICH SERVICES ARE CONNECTED WITH THE OPERATION OF MUNICIPALLY OWNED UTILITY OR FUNCTIONS. WHEREAS, portions of Ordinance No. 34-1983 need to be amended in order to fix salaries and positions to be estab- lished in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1-1984 (an ordinance establishing executive de- partmentS and administrative provisions); and, WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 34-1983 is herein being amended in its entirety to incorporate needed amendments and to pro- vide for clairty. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana: SECTION 1.
