AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE SEVERANCE AND RELEASE
AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret, County of
Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
attached Severance and Release Agreement between the Borough and John B.
Riggio.
Adopted this 30th day of January, 2003
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on January 31, 2003.
