WORKSHOP SESSION - 5:30 PM
CALL TO ORDER at 5:39 p.m.
Present: Mayor White, Mayor Pro Tem Martinez, Council Member Fenn, Council Member Santos,
Council Member Lara

ACTION ITEMS
Approval of all Ordinances and Resolutions to be read by title only.
1. FY 2023 City Wide Budget - Draft
Public Comment
R. Roy - Requested items to be considered in the budget including recycled water, grant
writing support, bike lane system improvements and a traffic monitoring system.
City Council reviewed the proposed FY 2023 budget and provided guidance of
modifications and research to prepare and model at a subsequent budget workshop
scheduled for May 19, 2022.
ADJOURNMENT at 8:58 p.m.
The next regular meeting of the Beaumont City Council, Beaumont Financing Authority, the Beaumont
Successor Agency (formerly RDA), the Beaumont Utility Authority, the Beaumont Parking Authority and
the Beaumont Public Improvement Agency is scheduled for Tuesday, May 3 2022, at 5:00 p.m., unless
otherwise posted.
