REGULAR SESSION
A. CALL TO ORDER at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor White, Mayor Pro Tem Martinez, Council Member Fenn, Council
Member Santos, Council Member Lara
B. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA)
None.
C. ANNOUNCEMENTS/RECOGNITIONS
C.1 Recognition of Outgoing Electeds
Recognition of Council Member Rey Santos, Treasurer Baron Ginnetti, City
Clerk Steve Mehlman and Outgoing Mayor Lloyd White
D. ACTION ITEMS
Approval of all Ordinances and Resolutions to be read by title only.
D.1 Adoption of Resolution Declaring the Result of General Municipal Election
Held on November 8, 2022
Certification of election results and swearing in of elected members.
Motion by Council Member Fenn
Second by Council Member Santos
To Certify the given election results and waive the full reading and
adopt by title only, “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of
Beaumont, California, Reciting the Fact of the General Municipal

Election Held in Said City on November 8, 2022, Declaring the Result
Thereof and Such Other Matters as are Provided by Law.”
Approved by a unanimous vote.
D.2 Reorganization of City Council, Selection of Mayor and Mayor Pro
Tempore
Conduct nomination and selection process per Beaumont Municipal Code
Section 2.04.090.
Motion by White
Second by Lara
To ratify the selection of Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem per the adopted
sequential order process.
Approved by a unanimous vote.
E. ADJOURNMENT at 5:14 p.m.
The next regular meeting of the Beaumont City Council, Beaumont Financing
Authority, the Beaumont Successor Agency (formerly RDA), the Beaumont Utility
Authority, the Beaumont Parking Authority and the Beaumont Public
Improvement Agency will be held on December 6, 2022, at 6:00p.m.
