ORDINANCE NO. 536
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 525, SECTION IV TO PROVIDE
FOR THE EXTENSION OF ALL PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE
525 TO JULY 1, 1983
ARTICLE 1. Section IV is amended to add a final sentence as
follows: "All provisions of this Ordinance are extended to July 1,
1983 unless the City Council of the City of Beaumont, by Resolution
after a finding of fact determines that sufficient new plant
capacity has been created to serve expanding community growth, sets
a prior date for the expiration of the Ordinance.
ARTICLE II. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance, and shall cause the same to be published once in
the Daily Record -Gazette, a newsnarr:r of eneral circulation in
the City of Beaumont, and it s} -.all be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days after its adoption.
