ORDINANCE NO. 537
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING ORDINANCE 524, SECTION 3 TO PROVIDE FOR
THE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR ALL PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE 524
ARTICLE I. Ordinance 524, Section 3. The last sentence is
amended by striking said sentence and providing, "this Ordinance
shall be of no further force and effect after January 1, 1982 unless
it is adopted on a permanent basis after notice pursuant to Section
6585E of the Government Code.
ARTICLE II. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance, and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Daily Record-Ca.zette, a newspaper of general circulation in the CitIA
of Beaumont, and it shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days after its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of October,
1981.
