ORDINANCE NO. 541
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA
REPEALING ORDNANCE 164 AND ORDINANCE 245
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 164 was adopted on July 8, 1936; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 245 was adopted on December 8, 1948;
and
WHEREAS, the subject matter of both ordinances is at variant
with oractice in the community;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows
Ordinance No. 164 adopted on July 8, 1936 and Ordinance No.
245 adopted on December 8, 1948, are hereby repealed.

day of January , 1q82, upon the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen May. Shaw, :ar_lnel, Lowry and Mayor Thompson.
NOES: None.
