ORDINANCE NO. 547.1
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA AMENDING ORDINANCE 547 TO
REPEAL CERTAIN ORDINANCES RELATED TO LAND
DIVISIONS IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Beaumont that Ordinance 547 is amended as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 1.2 of Ordinance 547 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
D. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance, or inconsistent with the pro-
visions of this Ordinance, are hereby repealed,
except that as to offenses committed, prior to the
provisions of such ordinances and any regulations,
orders, and requirements thereunder shall be
treated as still remaining in force for the pur-
pose of maintaining any proper prosecution with
respect to any offense. Specifically repealed
are Ordinances numbered 324, 393, 397, 424, 430,
471 and 483.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) day
after its final passage and within fifteen days after its passage
it shall be published as provided for by law.

reading on the 23rdday of May , 1983,.upon the

AYES: Councilmen May, Shaw, Hammel, Lowry and Mayor Thompson.
