AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING ORDINANCE 490 BY AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT TO PROVIDE FOR C-2, R-3
AND R -T ZONES
The City Council of the City of Beaumont, California DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN as follows:
The Land Use Zone Map, as provided for in Article 200.2 of
Ordinance No. 490 of the City of Beaumont, is hereby amended to
provide for C-2, R -T and R-3 zones as shown on the attached map
appended hereto as Exhibit "A".
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED UPON SECOND READING this 8t11
day of November , 1982, upon the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen May, Shaw and Mayor Thompson.
NOES: Councilmen Hammel and Lowry.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
