URGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 568
AN URGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND ORDINANCE 490
TO PROVIDE PRE -ZONING TO PROPERTY REQUESTING ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT (ANNEXATION NO. 29)
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Beaumont, California as follows:
SECTION 1. To protect the public safety, health and welfare,
this Ordinance is adopted as an urgency ordinance precedent to an
annexation request to the City of Beaumont.
SECTION 2. Property identified as Riverside County Assessor's
parcel numbers 414-100-003, 414-100-004, 414-100-005, 414-100-006,
414-110-001, 414-110-002, 414-110-003, 414-110-004 and 414-110-009
are pre -zoned Interim Residential Agriculture (I -RA).
This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
