ORDINANCE NO. 571
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT REPEALING ORDINANCE 559,
WHICH APPROVED AND ADOPTED THE BEAUMONT COMMUNITY
IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND PROJECT AREA, AS AMENDED
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. Ordinance 559, which approved and adopted the Beaumont
Community Improvement Plan and Project Area, As Amended, is hereby
repealed.
2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after
its final passage, and within fifteen (15) days after its passage
it shall be published as provided for by law.
MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of May
1983.
