AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0
BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA AMENDING ORDINANCE 572
TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE
TO COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL ZONES
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
CALIFORNIA, DOES ORDAIN that Ordinance 572, Section I -A. Violations
is amended to read: No person owning, renting, leasing, occupying
or having charge or possession of any premises in any residential,
commercial or industrial zone district in the City of Beaumont,
shall maintain such premises in such manner that any of the
following nuisances exist:

meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 27th day of
December , 1983, and was duly adopted upon second reading on the
9th day of January , 1984, upon the following roll call vote.
AYES: Councilmen Lowry, May, Russo, Mitchell and Mayor Thompson.
