URGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 576
AN URGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND ORDINANCE 490 TO PROVIDE
PRE -ZONING TO PROPERTY REQUESTING ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT (ANNEXATION NO. 30).
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: To protect the public safety, health and welfare,
this Ordinance is adopted as an urgency ordinance precedent to an
annexation request to the City of Beaumont.
Section 2: Property identified as Riverside County Assessor'
Parcel Numbers 406-140-001 and 406-140-003 are pre -zoned Interim
Multi -Family Residential (R-3) and Limited Commercial (C-1) res-
pectively. Exhibit "A" is attached hereto and made a part of this
Ordinance by reference.

Section 3: This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by
MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED this 25th day of July
1983.
