AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA
AMENDING ORDINANCE 492, SECTION 3 TO PROVIDE THAT THE
ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER IS THE CHIEF ANIMAL CONTROL
OFFICER OF THE CITY AND SECTION 72 TO PROVIDE FOR PENALTIES
FOR VIOLATION OF ORDINANCE 492
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA DOES
ORDAIN that Ordinance 492 shall be amended as follows:
SECTION 3 - Chief Animal Control Officer Position Appointed,
shall be amended to read:
The Animal Control Officer is hereby appointed as the Chief
Animal Control Officer of the City.
SECTION 72 - Violations - Infraction, shall be amended to
read:
Any person who violates any provisions of this Ordinance
shall be guilty of an infraction, pursuant to the provisions of
Government Code Section 36900 and the penalties provided therein,
and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine in the
amount of:
1983.
