SPECIAL TOWN ELECTION
WARRANT
December 1St, 2015

To: Roland W. Bassett, Jr.
Constable of the Town of Brewster
Greetings:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby
directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of Brewster who are qualified to vote
in town affairs to meet at the Brewster Baptist Church, 1848 Main Street, in
said Brewster, Precinct's One, Two and Three on TUESDAY, the FIRST OF
DECEMBER, 2015, then and there to act upon the following question:
QUESTION 1
Shall the Town of Brewster be allowed to exempt from the provisions of
proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bond
issued in order to finance costs associated with planning, design, engineering,
permitting and construction of a new Fire Station Building and other costs
incidental and related to carrying out this project and its financing?
Yes No
The polls will open at 7 o'clock a.m. and close at 8 o'clock p.m.
And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting attested copies thereof in at
least seven (7) public places in different parts of Town at least seven days before.
the time of holding said election.
Hereof fail not, and make due return of the Warrant with your doings thereon to
the Town Clerk at the time and place of aforesaid election.
Given under our hands and seal of the Town of Brewster hereto affixed this 19th
day of October, 2015.
