AN URGENC'ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND ORDINANCE 490
TO P2OVIDE PRE-Z3NING TO PROPERTY REQUESTING ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT (ANNEXATION NO. 32)
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Beaumont, California as follows:
SECTION 1: To protect the public safety, health and welfare,
this Ordinance is adopted as an urgency ordinance precedent to an
annexation request to the City of Beaumont.
SECTION 2: Property identified as Riverside County Assessor's
parcel numbers 406-050-002, 406-050-003, 406-050-004, 406-050-005,
406-050-012, 406-050-013, 406-060-001, 406-070-018, 406-070-026,
414-090-001, 414-090-005, 414-090-006, 414-090-007, 414-090-009,
414-090-011, 414-090-013, 414-100-001, 414-100-002, 422-060-011,
413-300-005, 413-300-006, 413-300-007, 413-300-012, 413-300-013,
are pre -zoned Interim Planned Unit Development (I -PUD).
This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED UPON FIRST READING this 30th day of
January, 1984, upon the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Lowry, Russo, Mitchell and Mayor Thompson.
NOES: Councilman May.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
