The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amended to read as follows: The 20± acres, northwest of the intersection of 2nd Street and Highland Springs Road, is changed from County M -M (Medium -Manufacturing) to City I -P (In- dustrial Park), as described in "Exhibit A". SECTION II. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its final passage and within fifteen (15) days after its passage, the City Clerk shall cause it to be published in the Record Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Beaumont, in the manner prescribed by law for pub- lishing of Ordinances of said City. 1984. Councilman May Y CL ITY OF BEA NT EXHIBIT "A" ZONE CHANGE 84-RZ-1 That portion of Lot 1 and Lot B, Highland Springs Road, of Amended Map of a portion of the Subdivision of Section 11, Township 3 South, Range 1 West, S.B.M. as shown by map on file in Book 23 of Maps at page 73 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 11, said corner being on the centerline of said Highland Springs Road; Thence N 00 degrees 13' 08" E. along the Easterly line of said Section 11, also being the centerline of said Highland Springs Road, a distance of 1806.75 feet to a point on the Easterly prolongation of the centerline of Second Street as shown on said amended map, said point being the point of beginning of the parcel of land to be described; Thence continuing N. 00 degrees 13" 08" E. along said last mentioned line, a distance of 829.72 feet to the East one- quarter corner of said Section 11; Thence N. 00 degrees 31' 08" W. continuing along said last mentioned line, a distance of 52.47 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way 200.00 feet wide; Thence N. 87 degrees 44' 49" W. along said Southerly right- of-way line, a distance of 997.63 feet; Thence S. 00 degrees 13' 08" W. a distance of 917.43 feet to said Easterly prolongation of the centerline of Second Street; Thence S. 89 degrees 46' 18" E. along said line, a distance of 997.67 feet to the point of beginning. The above described parcel of land contains 20.61 acres, more or less.
