ORDINANCE NO. 606
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA
TO AMEND TITLE 17 OF THE BEAUMONT MUNICIPAL CODE BY
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO PROVIDE LAND ANNEXED
TO THE CITY WITH INTERIM GENERAL COMMERCIAL (I -C2)
AND INTERIM MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION (I -RT)
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: All uses of the land not consistent with the uses
permitted in the C2 and RT zones are prohibited.
SECTION 2: The Land Use Map, as provided for in Section
17.12.020 of the Municipal Code of the City of Beaumont, is hereby
amended to provide that property identified as Assessor's Parcel
Numbers 403-200-004 and 005 are zoned Interim C2 and Interim RT as
shown on the attached map which is made a part hereof by reference.
