HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrdinance 6101 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 ORDINANCE NO. 610 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM M-1 AND RMH TO C-2 (CHANGE OF ZONE 84-RZ-3, CITY INITIATED) THE CITY COUNCIL OF r.'HE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amended to read as follows: The 39 + acres North of I-10, South of 6th Street, between Pennsylvania Avenue and East of Xenia Avenue, described as Riverside County Assessor's Parcel Numbers 419-123-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 419-250-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 419-190- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8. 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, and 419-180- 2, 3, 13, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, is changed from M-1 (Light Manufacturing) and RMH, (Mobile Home Park) to C-2, (General Commercial). SECTION II. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its final passage and within fifteen (15) days after its passage, the City Clerk shall cause it to be publiched in the Record Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Beaumont, in the manner prescribed by law for publishing of Ordinances of said City.
