ORDINANCE NO. 611
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM COUNTY R-3 TO CITY R-3 (84-RZ-4)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amended to
read as follows:
The 8.89 + acres on the Southwest corner of
Eighth Street and Xenia Avenue identified as
Riverside County Assessor's Parcel Numbers
419-202-1 and 2 is Re -zoned from County R-3
to City R-3, (Multi -Family Residential)
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after its final passage and within fifteen (15) days after its
passage, the City Clerk shall cause it to be published in the Recor
Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published
in the City of Beaumont, in the manner prescribed by law for pub-
lishing of Ordinances of said City.
