Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair Priscilla Arens - Clerk All members present Moved by Harold Winterhalter that we adopt the sewer district as laid out on the map by our engineer. Seconded by Rayburn Anderson Motion carried. Notice of changing of date of the hearing with regard to signals at the Soo Line crossing on Depot Hill road. The riew�of ng is April 17, 1968 at 9:30 in the morning. c�IV Moved by Arthur.Theis to grant the American Legion John Polker Post a set-up license from April 1, 1968 to July 1, 1968. Seconded by Raymond Bosch. Motion carried. Southwest Sewer District discussed. Moved by Rnrold Winterhalter that the Clerk be instructed to write a letter to the Southwest Suburban Municipalities and inform them that because of the lack of sufficient technical information, particularly in regard to the schedule of assessments,the Village of Medina declines to sign the agreement. We will, however, consider an affirmative answer if changes of this nature are made. Seconded by Raymond Bosch. Motion carried. Moved by Harold Winterhalter thgt we accept the pbtition requesting the water. Seconded by Rayburn Anderson. Motion carried. Moved by Harold Winterhalter that the water project be postponed indefinitely. Seconded by Arthur Theis. Council polled: Harold Winterhalter, No; Raymond Bosch, no; Rayburn Anderson, No; and Arthur Theis, No. Motion lost. Moved by Raymond Bosch that we authorize the Village engineer to draw up a revised plan for the proposed water system in the Hamel area by deleting the water line on Medina #9 between County Road #116 extended and Depot Street and delete the line on #101 and the area on #55 east of #101. Seconded by Rayburn Anderson. Motion carried. Moved by Rayburn Anderson that we have a special meeting Friday evening at 7:30/ Seconded by Raymond Bosch. Motion carried. Moved by Raymond Bosch to authori,e the Village Attorney to draw up an ordinance prohibiting the stbring'of unlicensed vehicles.ar here in the Villages Seconded by Rayburn Anderson. lbtion carried.
