ORDINANCE NO. 612
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM R-1 TO CITY R-3 (80-RZ-1)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amended
to read as follows:
The 7.29+ acres between Eighth and Sixth Streets
bounded by Xenia Avenue and Allegheny Avenue identi-
fied as Riverside County Assessor's Parcel Numbers
419-16-015, 419-170-16, 17 and 18 is Re -Zoned from
R-1 (Single Family Residential) to City R-3, (Multi -
Family Residential).
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty
days (30) days after its final passage and within fifteen (15)
days after its passage, the City Clerk shall cause it to be
published in the Record Gazette, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed and published ir.. the City of Beaumont, in the
manner prescribed by law for publishing of Ordinances of said
City.
