URGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 615
AN URGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA
TO AMEND TITLE 17 OF THE BEAUMONT MUNICIPAL CODE
BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO PROVIDE LAND ANNEXED
TO THE CITY WITH INTERIM RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY
(I-RSF)
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: To protect the public safety, health and welfare,
this Ordinance is adopted as an Urgency Ordinance.
SECTION 2: All uses of the land not consistent with the uses
permitted in the Residential Single Family zone are prohibited.
SECTION 3: The Land Use Map, as provided for in Section
1.7.12.020 of the Municipal Code of the City of Beaumont, is hereby
amended to provide that property identified as Assessor's Parcel
Number 406-122-012 is zoned Interim Residential Single Family
(I-RSF) as shown on the attached map which is made a part hereof by
reference.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED UPON FIRST READING this 14th day of
January_ , 1985, upon the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Lowry, May, Russo, Mitchell and Mayor
Thompson.
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT:
None.
