ORDINANCE NO. 620
AN ORDINANCE OF TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OP
BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA, PRE -ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
COUNTY R-3 TO CITY RHD (85-RZ-3).
THE CITY COU 1CIL OF THE CITY OF BEIJ MONT DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amended to read
as follows:
The 10.5 + acres on the Southwest corner of Eighth
Street and Allegheny Avenue and the Southeast corner of
Eighth Street and Xenia Avenue identified as Riverside
County Assessors Parcel Numbers 419-170-002, 014 and
419--160---007, 008 are re -zoned from County R-3 to City
RHD, (Residential High Density) as shown on the
attached Exhibit "A".
SECTION_ II. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
-
days after its final passage and within fifteen (15) days after
its passage, the C=ity Clerk shall cause it to be published in the
Record. Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and
published in the C i:y of Beaumont, in the ra _nner prescribed by law
for publishing of Ordinances of said City.
