ORDINANCE NO. 621
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURE TO PUD -RMF, RE-
SIDENTIAL MULTIPLE FAMILY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amended
to read as follows:
The 10.5 + acres 500 ± feet south of First
Street between Michigan and Pennsylvania Avenues
identified as Riverside County Assessors Parcel
Numbers 418-351-002 is rezoned from R -A,
Residential Agriculture to PUD - RMF, Residential
Multiple Family.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after its final passage and within fifteen (15) days
after its passage, the City Clerk shall cause it to be published
in the Record Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed
and published in the City of Beaumont, in the manner prescribed by
law for publishing of Ordinances of said City.
