ORDINANCE NO. 622
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM R -A TO PUD, P -R -SF, P -R -MF, CG, C -HS AND
CN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The Beaumont Zoning Map is hereby amended to read as
follows:
The 362 + acres located approximately 5000 fcct West of I-10 Freeway
between Highway 60 and San Timoteo Canyon Road identified as Riverside County
Assessor's Parcel Numbers 414-100-004, 005, 006, 414-110-003, 004, 012, 014
and 016 is Re -zoned from R -A, Residential Agriculture, PUD, Planned Unit De-
velopment, P -R -SF, P -R -MF, CG, C -HS and CN as shown on Exhibit "A" attached.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after
its final passage and within fifteen (15) days after its passage, the City
Clerk shall cause it to be published in the Record Gazette, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed and published in the City of Beaumont, in the
manner prescribed by law for publishing of Ordinances of said City.
